How Chuckran Auto Parts Gives Back To The Community
Bridgewater is our home, and our roots run deep here. Our ownership group are all born and raised Bridgewater residents. Our company is just a small piece of the Bridgewater landscape, but we do our best to support the community we both live and work in. And since our founding in 1949, we have aided various departments and community projects whenever possible. Below are some of our most recent community contributions:

Working With The Bridgewater Police Department
Bridgewater’s first responders are essential to the success and safety of our town. And the equipment necessary to effectively operate their departments gets more expensive every year.
We have donated bulletproof ballistic shields to the Police Department. All squad cars on duty each shift are now equipped with one of these shields, ensuring the safety of our men and women in blue each day. You can read more about the donation here:
Working With The Bridgewater Fire Department
We also donated funds for the Fire Department to procure Maltese Cross reflective identification markers for the fire hydrants in town. As part of the “Mark-A-Hydrant” program, these markers make it easier for our Fire Fighters to quickly identify the location of hydrants when arriving on the scene.

Richard A. Chuckran Memorial Scholarship
Owners Alan, Andy, and Rich Chuckran are all proud graduates of Bridgewater-Raynham. We honor our founder, the late Richard A. Chuckran with the Richard A. Memorial Scholarship. Each year, we donate $10,000.00 for the scholarship department to distribute amongst the bright scholarship winners.
We owe a great deal to the education we got at BR, and how it set us up for future success. We wish nothing but the best to all our bright BR graduates!
